I had to hunt the internet sideways for an answer to this one, but came up empty handed.
I attempted to update 10.0.2, but was only prompted with an advertisement for Workstation 15.
The Solution
I logged in to my VMWare account and downloaded Workstation version 10.0.7. Installed that updated version and now the MKS error has gone away and I can connect to my ESXi 6.0 server without issue.
